Today I decided to use the treadmill. Running was a nice change, however, I am using shoes that are about 8 years old and they ended up tearing the back of my right heal. So, I am in a little bit of pain right now. I did like how I could set the machine to be used until I hit a certain calorie mark.
34 minutes and 10 seconds on the treadmill burning 300 calories
5 sets of 10 reps @ 40lbs on the machine incline press
