Today I tried a different program on the bicycle. I normally use the fat burning program, today I did the mountain course. It hurt so much. My muscles burn right now. But the new program burned more calories than than fat burning program.
60 minutes on the bicycle burning 475 calories
5 sets of 10 reps @ 70lbs on the machine pulley

Wow..60 minutes on the stationary bike..on mountain course?? Yeah, I would be hurting too. It's cool that you're working out. I dont have a lab tomorrow night if you guys still are wanting to/haven't yet made macaroni and hot dogs.
